John is an experienced and results driven community improvement executive and leader. He founded GOODWIN™ Team Building services to provide team building services for businesses, sports teams, and organizations that improve performance & the overall culture.

John is an expert team leader, manager, and motivator. He has developed effective tools and processes that GOODWIN™ uses to: Improve Teamwork, Develop Focus & Discipline, Build Trust & Interdependence, Motivate, Create Meaningful Engagement, and Promote Diversity. He brings an accomplished career of skills and resources to GOODWIN™ Team Building Services. John’s counsel and services are sought after by leading sports teams, coaches, business and nonprofit executives to address team effectiveness, morale, and motivation issues.

As a Chicago, Illinois native John Goodwin has made Lincoln, Nebraska, his home since 1996. Since arriving in Lincoln, John consistently engages in community service with organizations that are making a difference.

John is married to Chassidy Jackson-Goodwin. They share three children. In his free time, John enjoys spending time with his family, exploring local eats in Lincoln, and martial arts training.
